AWESOME PRODUCTS BUT BAD SERVICE

<p>In October 2016 I sent a long mail to Samantha the PA of the Huawei CEO requesting 2 GSM SIM Routers as a donation to the SPCA Randfontein and Westonaria as these NPO Branches are struggling terribly with landlines etc. I was trying to do a kind deed out of my own. Samantha referred the request to Bradley Nicolls saying he will assist. I spoke to Bradley many times and he assured me "he will find 2 for me"then said he can get smaller ones. I was happy to accept. Then suddenly Bradley said "nope sorry we cannot assist". Since then I have tried and mailed Samantha asking to speak to the CEO directly, to no avail. In Dec Samantha said she would forward my mail to the CEO and to date nothing has materialised. I realise Huawei is not obligated to meat charity requests and I imagine many come through. It is the company's prerogative and discretion, however I never ever received an official decline or communication from Huawei. So disappointing to think that animal sociaties do not matter. Today I asked Samantha on whatsapp to put me in touch with the CEO and as soon as she knew whom I was, stopped responding. How sad! I must though add that Huawei products are fantastic and I have only used these with all my clients.</p>
