Apps with Huawei P40 lite

Well I've been with Huawei for years and I'm currently using the Huawei P40 lite and it's very frustrating using this phone to download apps, I messaged human agents and they promised to call me back 5 times regarding apps and they don't keep up to thier promise, well my next phone will not be Huawei any more, problems with the phones shouldnt be the customers problems
