Appaulling service and still have not received my device back from repairs.

My device was booked in for repairs 3 month ago and have been sent from pillar to post regarding where my phone is, consultants and customer service managers Charmaine promise to callback with feedback but no one makes an effort to do so. i still have not received my phone and no one seems to have any feedback.
