Appauling Service from Huawei - Flash Sale and Website Rigged

I have experienced ********* and dishonest parctices by Huawei. Today, 9th Decemeber 2020, a flash sale was hosted on the following website: https://consumer.huawei.com/za/

One of the items on sale was a Huawei P40 Pro mobile device. The flash sale started at 7pm with a limited quantity of 3. My family and I tried to secure the device, and I managed to get into the checkout process, while my family was informed that the item was sold out. In the checkout process, I was required to put in my address before proceeding to the next step. Since I had purchased another item earlier in the day, I tried to put in the same address. The website did not accept the suburb for more than 15 minutes, during which time I was trying to get assistance from a chat agent to resolve the issue. Eventually, the address was accepted and I was told that the item was sold out. I contacted the call center, as it was a technical issue with the website that did not allow me finalise the order. I have noted that there is a similar complaint against Huawei on HelloPeter today as well. The call center did not provide a satisfactory reponse. The consultant Tebogo and his Manager Fazel Bolley insisted that there was no technical issue and the problem with the address not being accepted was either related to the website traffic or a technical issue on my end. The Manager Fazel Bolley refused to give me details in order for me to escalate and insisted that there is nobody above him that would be able to assist. When I had asked him to honour the transaction and allow me to make the required payment of R5000 for the device, he refused and offered me a water bottle as a gesture. His next response was that he would allow me to continue speaking while he remained silent, at which point my call was disconnected. I called the center again, and was assisted by Ndamu, who gave me Fazel's e-mail address and upon my assistance and address that I could use for escalation ***. I plan to contact Huawei with my complaint. I have screenshots from the website clearly showing where I was in the process, and how my address was not being accepted by the website.
