Appalling service

Tried purchasing an activity band online. Funds were deducted from my account but site reflected transaction failed. Customer service is appalling, still haven't been refunded or received the product. Call Centre consultants and manager treated me poorly, basically like a *****. Still jumping through hoops to rectify, basically my money is gone and they don't care what happened on their website
