<p>I had dropped my Huawei phone and shattered the screen. Contacted Huawei to enquire about repairs. They were very friendly and helpful. The phone was answered super fast every time I phoned to enquire about the status of my phone. They were able to answer my questions every time. Not only did they repair my phone for free, they collected and delivered it to me at no extra charge and had my phone repaired and back in my hands within 2 days! </p>
