Abysmal service - Hauwei Melrose Arch

Good day,

I was treated very badly by one of the staff members at the Melrose Arch branch of the Hauwei store. I did not appreciate the things she said to me. It's a pity I didn't have time to address her (Theo is her name) properly then and there given that she took up a lot of my time messing my phone up. I would like to speak to the manager of that branch ASAP.
