Absolutely terrible service

I have been a Huawei customer for a few years now. I took my phone for a screen repair in Somerset Mall (Somerset West) in middle January and was promised that it will only take up to three weeks to repair my phone for they still need to wait for stock to repair my screen. I however only received a call after three weeks, saying that they are still waiting on stock. The next week I called to check the progress of my repair, they said they will check and let me know, they never did. After 5 weeks I went to the shop to check the progress of my repair, they said they are still waiting on stock and can't tell me when I will be receiving my phone. Still have not received my phone and am extremely unsatisfied with the service received.
