absolutely disgusted in this brand phone!!!!

<p>On the 19 June 2016 my husband and i purchased 2 Huwaei Y5 something phones through edgars.... we thought we would give this new make a try as everyone had been saying its a good phone make.</p> <p>Well we are absolutely disgusted to say the least!</p> <p>It hasnt even been 6 months and my phones speaker is completely ****ed and his phones software is ****ed it doesnt even allow him to type at all it only goes into certain applications he has wiped the phone and reset it to factory settings and it still does the same.</p> <p>This is absolutely unacceptable and i want this resolved! As well as compensation for your bad quality product that you have released onto the market.</p>
