A month to get my phone screen replaced

Took over a month and R4500 to get my Mate 20 Pro screen replaced, thats despite contacting the service centre and trying to contact the service centre multiple times.

The call centre are friendly and professional however the ridiculous lead time to get the device repaired has made me reconsider my device manufacturer in the future.

Samsung here I come(It took me a day to get my screen replaced on my previous Samsung)
