3 Days old Phone screen cracks in my Pocket!

Last week I received a Hauwei P8 Lite cellphone after waiting for more than a month for Telkom to get stock.<br> In any case,I received the phone and it is fantastic. Excellent capabilities and very fast.<br> <br> 3 days later I take the phone out of my pocket and notice the screen cracked at the top. There was no sign of physical damage, as the phone is brand new with not a single scratch on it, except now the cracked screen. Sure the phone is plastic and a \lite"version but i did not expect it to just crack on its own- and whilst inside my pocket!<br> I took the phone to Telkom Fourways Crossing and the staff there were also puzzled as they said the phone has zero physical damage to show signs of it being dropped or anything. They said they will speak to their are manager"
