2 Weeks with no response

<p>I booked my Huawei Maate 8 handset in for repairs on the 18th of July 2017. The assistant at the Huawei store in Melrose arch said it will be between 2 and 7 working days. after 7 working days i received no information from huawei so i called. i was told that some genius decided to move everything online and they have no clue how to track my phone</p> <p>it is now the 1st of august 2017 and i have still heard nothing from huwei. it is not the 1st time this has happened. prior to this i booked in my handset. it stayed with huawei for 2 weeks and they did nothing with it. i picked it up in the condition i dropped it off.</p> <p>in china where people's rights are trampled upon this may be acceptable. here it is not. i want my phone repaired and returned.</p> <p>when i call the melrose arch store the phone rings non stop with no answer. there is never a manager on duty. it is a clown show there. a circus. you have zero idea of what service is. i hope your business license gets revoke and you go back to china. i hate your company. it is total *******. in 2017 how can a person be without their mobile device for 2 weeks. you dont care.. i'll upgrade to a samsung next time. they know how to service their customer's needs.</p> <p>thank you for nothing</p>
