2 months and still no phone

I took in my phone for repairs and im still waiting and its been 2 months now. It was supposed to be a simple repair but now they giving me a run arround. Theybsay they have to order parts and its been 2 months. Im tired of calling amd going there. It cost me more now doing that. Can i be given a new phone or get my phone back.
