1st time EXCELLENT, 2nd time ****!!!

About a Month or two ago My Huawei P10 lite Front and rear Glass Cracked. with me not being insured, I called Huawei and was amazed/Surprised as to how cheap it was to fix with the Brand Directly. So i went ahead and took it for a repair at the Century City Branch. I was even more surprised when the lady Booked the phone in that Saturday morning and she told me," you can walk around the mall solong. i will email you your invoice in about 1 Hours time." I was SHOCKED when she told me they have the parts in store and In about 1 to 2 hours i can fetch the phone again... THAT WAS AMAZING SERVICE!!! AND I BRAGGED TO EVERYONE!!.. got the phone back and it worked Perfectly..

Few days ago my phone fell out of my pocket and and i drove over it cracking the screen.I took it in to Century City branch Yesterday, 01/12/2018 and to my Horror, these people said straight, "NO. 5 to 7 working days it will take to repair". when i told them i had my phone repaired the same day about 1 or 2 months ago, They told me its impossible and made as if i was lieing.

First expectations have been set. Today is second day the phone is gone and I dont even have my quote to have it fixed...

The People in store were so lazy, they didnt even bother Checking the last repair and Showed it was same day service...

After this repair, Im definitely NOT taking it there for a Repair again. these people Seemed like they hated their job. I use my phone for work and now im *****ED this week since i am phoneless..

Bitter taste left in my mouth and I should honestly consider the brand since ALL employees do not serve the same kind of service and is DEFINITELY NOT CONSISTENT... Calling me/Implying im a ****ing **** about the 1 Day Service....
