Terrible estate agency. In numerous occasion they failed to maintain the property and manipulate me to do their maintenance duty by threatening to increase the next contract rental amount by 10%. After moving out of the property. I repainted the property and left in much better state than when I moved in. But they still withheld my deposit amount of R18,000. Again using their manipulating habit. They using a general house repair quote from a professional contractor to withhold my deposit. Basically they want to use my deposit to renovate their property. I have opened a law suit against them using the move in inspection and the move out inspection.
