Tax Invoices from PC PAL

This company has no idea what a TAX invoice is for, after making a Purchase INV ********** The company "PC PAL" issues me a "VAT INVOICE" reflecting the amount paid as "BALANCE DUE", at first I thought this was a simple case of human Error, sadly it seems not after an exhaustive string of e-mails between PC Pal via Takealot it appears this company has little to no interest in providing legitimate Tax Invoices.
