I lost R27500 yesterday as they told me that the car that i wanted was in auction and for them to move it out i need to pay half of what the car cost. After paying that amount they told me that they cannot give me a reference as their system doesn't allow to give a reference for an amount less than R80 000 and please note that the car was advertised for R55 000 and when i refused to pay for the full amount that they requested me to pay they started telling me different stories.

I was informed that i pay half the money then when i get to their auction site i will test drive the car and if i'm happy i can pay the full amount and if i'm not happy they will refund me.

At first i spoke to a Zulu guy named "Ronnie" then their finance person "Micheal" called me and i told them to refund my money as i do not want to deal with therm. Micheal said that they will refund me however it takes 7 working days.

When i told them that i want to come to their offices to fetch my money they gave me the wrong address 272 Rose avenue Lenasia. It is another company that is trading at that space.

I called them this morning and Ronnie had the nerve of telling me that i need to pay the remaining amount for the car that i have not seen.

I have opened a case of ***** against them.
