Undelivered order

I ordered a logo mat last year and when it was delivered the colours where incorrect, correct artwork with correct colours was attached to the mail.

They said they will manufacture a new one for me and deliver it directly to my client on the 20th of December which to date has not happened yet. I have been trying to contact them on both the numbers given on the website but it either goes to voicemail or just rings. I have sent numerous emails as well but no one has come back to be yet. I have paid in full for a product I have not received yet and I am not at all happy with the service I have received.
