No service at all!!!

I ordered a outdoor mat. Artwork went quick. On the 8th of November Geri said delivery will take place before Friday. On Friday I called and then the excuses were the delays and the courier company. Zandile emailed me and said she will keep me updated.......she never called back. Nobody is answering the phones. Where are my product that they promised?
