No products delivered! Bad overall communication!

<p>I placed an order on the 16th of January 2017. Payment was made in full for 2 x logo doormats, I keep getting referred to Zanile, who is completely unhelpful. I keep getting promised a tracking number, which has also not happened! I have asked for a refund - to which they have also not responded (imagine that).</p> <p> </p> <p>I have now ordered my doormats from another company.</p>
