Log Doormats and Branding

I ordered and paid for an entrance doormat in October 2018. The colours of our logo on the doormat were not correct - I returned the product and was promised that it would be sorted out. I made numerous phone calls and sent several e-mails. They either do not answer the phone and e-mails or they promise you they will get back and never keep their promise. They also refuse to refund the money paid. Never ever in my life will I do business with this company again
