Bad service

Has anyone ever ordered anything on this websitehttp://www.jivwoodcraft.co.za/login.html?

I ordered some magnetic stainless steel spice jars, my money was deducted in a flash and i waited from June until August. Received notification that the parcel arrived at the post office only to find a scarf was sent. Emailed them from their website but no response.
