****! Don't buy Canvas on Daddy's Deals

This company must be an absolute ****. I bought this on Daddy's Deals and thought it was a legit company. Their website's turnaround time says 24 hours. It has been 6-7 weeks and nothing. Excuses are occasionally given: We are very busy and will be sent in 3-4 days (even though they didn't have a delivery address); The consultant dealing with your order quit with minute notice; your order is complete but our system is offline (Why can't you send it if it's complete?); Week 5 - Our warehouse has been broken in to. I was also blocked off their WhatsApp line at times. I asked for a refund according to the consumer act and ignored it. RUN. RUN. Do not purchase.
