Unhelpful

They are unhelpful. They want you to give them ALL your personal information before giving a quotation. When asked why, they are unable to adequately explain why every single piece of sensitive information is required to ‘verify the identity’ of the applicant. Not knowing all personal details cannot prevent the firm from providing a general quotation for the work required either. A citizenship application should coast the same across the board.
