UPSET CLIENT

If you are thinking of calling this people to fix your appliance DO NOT EVEN BOTHER. I dont even know if this company is for real as the service i got is just uncalled for.

I called them to come fix my washing machine and they charge a call out fee of R400,when they got here i was shocked by the guys and their car, i guess i should have realised then that this is a bogus company. They where driving in a dodge car with nothing written in it for client to see, it was just a private car. The guys looked like minors who where in a hurry to go get some beers. They checked the machine and told me a part need to be bought and they need to order it, but in the meantime i need to pay them the call out fee, once i accept the quote for the part and labour they will deduct the R400. I agreed and paid them.

After a week i called to find out if they got the part the guy told me he will call me back, he eventually did and told me there is nothing on their system he has to load it, which he did apperantly. After a week i called again and they told me there is nothing it could take a month. After a month i called and i was told there is nothing still, i asked them everything that awaits delivery should have a tracking system and they should know how long i should wait by now they said they do not work like.

I kept calling asking for reference numbers etc nothing, eventually that guy got tired of me calling and he said they can't fix it. I don't think they even ordered the part in the first place they just make money out of call out fees. So my R400 was gone just like that and now im still stucked with a machine that doesn't work and i'm scared to call out any company because i have to pay another call out fee.

SO DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL.
