Terrible Service received

My mother's oven was not working and i looked up for someone to get it fixed because the size of her hob and oven they do not make it, Defy 700cm. I spoke to the owner of Appliance Man on 011 ********** and he informed us that Ted will be going out to see what the issue is and fix it. Ted went there after two days on a Friday fiddled and then inform my mother that everything is working fine, they tested and the oven went on but did not get hot according to temperature setting. When my mother told him he said that when she uses it often it will work. She PAID him R1785.00 CASH and he left. In the evening when she made a pie and put into the oven nothing happened, the pie did not bake because nothing was working. She called him and he promised to come back on Saturday which he did not. Taking into consideration that my Mom is a Pensioner, This all happened on the weekend of the 28/09/2018. Ever since them we have been calling him and he does not go to my mom place to sort out the problem.

I got hold of his boss David yesterday and he said that he will get hold of Ted to sort out the problem. Nothing has happened yet. Ted's numbers are ********** and ********** and he is not answering his phone when we call him.
