Stay away from appliance man at all costs! I should have trusted these reviews!

I cannot emphasize what i am about to say enough....Stay away from Appliance man! Do not use them to repair anything! Firstly they are inexperienced with all modern appliances. They hide their call out fee in their repair cost and if you refuse the quote you have to pay them R400 anyway for call out. Their fridge tech (im assuming his name is Mike) was called out to my premises to repair my fridge and he said it was merely a lack of gas issue which he then proceeded to charge me R1250 for a simple regas which he turned the gas nozzle for perhaps around 5 seconds and then said gassing was done. He then demanded the payment. Needless to say my fridge was still not working and according to Mike i had to wait a day or two and it would start working. Needless to say this did not happen and when i called them out again to resolve the issue there was no feedback for 2 weeks eventuall after a snotty email to them they made contact and arrived again at my place to view the fridge and their excuse now was that it might be a pc board issue and then said i must just switch off my fridge and wait. then left. ???????? Guys i guarantee you stay away!
