DONT TOUCH THESE PEOPLE WITH A BARGE POLE - SOUNDS PROFESSIONAL TO START WITH BUT ITS A FRONT

This is a *******. Appliance Man is answered by a person who tells you - all the guys work for us directly - however this is not the case they send contractors who have their own companies. When the person arrived i asked why he was wearing an MV appliances shirt - he laughed and he said that appliance man do not have their own people they use only contractors - he says they all work under the same banner and gave me an invoice from mv appliances which i paid directly (which appliance man have a record of). So i asked for them to come back and do something else for me - i paid them upfront which they insisted as the part was expensive. on 4 separate occasions they failed to arrive for the booked time. they eventually did - replaced the item and then left - yes you guessed it - it was not fixed and the same problem was occurring. now i cant get hold of the person on his cell phone. I call the head office number of appliance man first and i said to them you have a company that is in your group called appliance man - no he says we have our own guys. he promises he will investigate and call me back. then i receive a call from a person who wants to know whats wrong with my tumble dryer so he can come out and fix it (apparently he works directly for appliance man) i call back appliance man and he now tells me yes i know the contractor mv appliances - which is a different story to the earlier call. he refuses to help because he now says that this is nothing to do with them because i did not call appliance man to book the service. i remind him he told me that all these people work for appliance man twice. i look up mv appliances on the internet. on mv appliances site it has a head office number i call this and yes you have guessed it -it is answered by the same person who answers appliance man's number!!! and i asked is this mv appliances he says no it is electro services!!. (they are so confused they are answering so many numbers) I say to him that you are the same person from appliance man, now i am calling you on the mv appliances number - he disputes that this is the case - even though it is on their site!!!! - i advise however you deal with this i need someone out to fix this problem. Knowing i have phoned the number on the website for mv appliances - i am told that i dont know what i am talking about - that i have not phoned mv appliances and that i have phoned electroservices and that they wont send anybody out because i didnt book it through appliance man - although on this occasion i was calling mv appliances. the person that came out to fix my tumbledryer was owner of mv appliances. this is a front for a whole bunch of companies with one man answering the phone for all of them and then so confused with so many numbers on so many sites - dont touch these people with a barge pole - it sounds like a professional front end but they have no intention of honouring their committments. they dont even know whos phone they have answered - despite my anger nothing is resolve.
