Terrible service. Do not use! All seems above board when you phone - friendly, efficient, quick response.

Very friendly technician phoned shortly after call, booked time for same day. Fixed tumble dryer on site, really seemed to know what he was doing, paid him R1700. Dryer broke again two days later, same issue. Came to collect, took away for repairs, brought back almost a week later, switched it on - still broken! Wanted another R1300 to try fix again, despite '' 6 month guarantee'' for the original repair, which I declined. Also to note he was always very late, had to reschedule a few times as couldn't wait around for him.

Called Appliance Man to complain, but they just got Richard to call me.

This company uses contractors, takes no responsibility, and clearly don't fix anything. Avoid!
