Brilliant ****! Charge a call out fee of R500, then quote you a ridiculous amount for repairs knowing that you will not accept but still need to pay the fee. R1200.00 to replace a R365 switch. First quoted me R2800 for a plate replacement and switch replacement, almost the same cost as a complete new oven and stove. Then changed the quote to R1200.00 for a cheap switch claiming it's labor. R900 labor for a less than a 10min job.
