Appliance Man - Poor service and disrespectful attitude

Worst possible company you could work with. As an assessor i requested them to supply a damage report for a client's damaged fridge. I contacted them and all was in order. A week later after multiple follow ups they still did not see the client and explained they do not do damage reports. I would recommend no one use this company as their service is poor and unprofessional as well as disrespectful attitude towards my staff members.
