TreasureBox and Courier Service loses deliveries

I have ordered items off this website,TreasureBox. The first items to get to me did not work and i have to return them, it was lights and they didn't hold a charge. I also ordered some equipment for livestock which has now been 3 weeks and the item is lost via their courier. I can't call TreasureBox as they have been clever enough to only add 1 number to their website that's not monitored and that doesn't take calls and when it does, it rings off. My third item i have ordered, has also still not arrived and no one can trace any of them. This issue is between the company and the courier, not me and the company. I want a solution this week, either deliver me new items, let me collect or refund me ASAP.
