Be careful of this con

Be very careful and don't do business with this company in Durban. I found them on the web and as I was looking for a diesel generator and their prices were the best I could get, I ordered a 20KVA Perkins generator from them. The price they quoted was, including country wide delivery, R26,259.00. They send me a invoice and promised delivery in 5 days. I paid the invoice amount and 4 days later they e.mailed me and requested an additional payment of R4150. They also told me that the original EFT payment I made from my Absa account to their FNB account has not appeared on their account and requested that I reverse that payment and make another into their Absa account. This I did and as I got the generator so cheap, I paid the R4150.00, although I thought it funny, as that was not the original invoice. The generator was supposed to reach me on the 7th of December, but on the 7th they send me a mail, saying that the truck with the generator had an accident, and a new one will be send the next week. On Monday the tenth of December they requested another R4850 which I flatly refused to pay. They then came back and asked me to pay the "reduced demurage" of R2550, which I did. They promised delivery on Thursday the 13th. On Thursday they came back and said that the generator will reach me in the late afternoon but I now have to pay R3890 for off loading and handling. I blew my top and phoned this guy and had a heavy argument with him, but he insisted that if I do not pay it the delivery will remain on hold but if I paid The generator will reach me by 10h30 today, Friday the 14th. When I requested an update this morning, they told me that the payment I made of R4150 does not appear on their bank statement and I must reverse it and pay again and only then will the delivery take place. I am now going to the police with all this correspondence and I will try to reverse every payment made to them, but I am afraid I have been conned.
