WARNING! MYHOILDAYS TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!

Extremely terrible, I have done an online booking, after the payment went from the account the website said transaction failed and no confirmation was received. One of the Myholidays agents contacted us and advised he will do the booking and send us the confirmation, the agent selected the incorrect flight dates, the SA contact number on the system says it does not exist when we dial the number and we have mailed them several times and no one assists, we have even stated that we are willing to pay if there is any extra charges even if the error was done by their agent. I advise everyone to please book through airlines directly and not go through any of these agents because we have just lost R1800 and no one bothers to assist us.
