Terrible service with Myholidays domestic flight booking

Terrible experience with this service, I believe they are ****mers! I used the myholidays service for a cheaper flight ticket booking option, only to receive a cancellation email 10 hours later that the booking " could not be completed at the originally quoted fare due to an airline fare availability issue". The money had gone through with refund assured, but I have not received this refund and price tickets to rebook the tickets had become more expensive.
