Sc****rs!!

I would definitely give the 0 stars if it was possible. I booked an airline from DBN to JHB . They sent a ticket and didn't have luggage information or seat number. However they charged over R730 for the ticket. I tried cancelling the ticket right away and it couldn't go through. I attempted to call their number several times and I was put on hold for some time and their fone dropped while holding. Bad service!
