Refunds

<p>I booked a ticket on the 27th of June 2017 - ref. no. OTAA ********** . On the 28th they informed me that the ticket was not confirmed but if I need another then I should reject or pay EUR77. Since I did not have that kind of money, I told them to reject.</p> <p> </p> <p>They stated that they will refund me within 3 -5 working days, up to this day, they have ignored by e-mails. I need my refund.</p>
