Paid but no booking

<p>I booked flights from Johannesburg to Port Elizabeth and Return My booking from Johannesburg to Port elizabeth was Not Confirmed and had to buy a new ticket on the air port. I wrote an e mail to myholdays and Arta confirmed that they will refund me on the ticket that was bought on the airport that day and it will be sorted in less than 7 days. its now 10 days and I am sending e mails to them on a daily basis with no reply.</p>
