Overpricing of flights

I recently booked a flight on the 13th September 2017 from Johannesburg to Cape Town for two people. I searched for cheap flights to my surprise I ended booking using MyHolidays. They included repriced airline difference of R479.55 and a card fee of R212.75. They promised to send e-tickets and that will serve as final confirmation. To-date which is the 20th, no e-tickets has been sent.

When I phoned the airline directly, luckily the flight was booked. I sent an e-mail querying the price issue but no response. I am utterly disappoint at the service of this company.
