Online flight booking

I booked a flight from OR Thambo to George on 17th Dec and from George to OR Thambo on 15th Jan. I had to first fly from Saudi Arabia to catch the flight on 17th Dec and then this flight time was changed. I had to then change the flight from OR to George and asked my holidays to assist me....they did not and now they have not refunded me...this was not my fault and due to airline changing the flight time. Now i asked them to confirm my flight back from George to OR via email and they have still not responded and it is 10 days later.....very disappointed with their service....will never book with them again
