myholidays.com ****s people

Here is what transpired:

1. On 28 January 2021, I was searching for plane tickets through cheapflights.com, paid and discovered we had purchased the tickets from myholidays.com.

2. myholidays.com confirmed that the payment went through.

3. myholidays.com confirmed that the tickets had been booked and we would receive a pdf containing them in four hours.

4. On Friday 29 January 2021, they then informed us that our tickets had already been sold despite their prior email and offered us different tickets if we paid R400 extra, but said we could request a full refund. We chose a full refund.

5. On 28th of January they informed us it would take up to 72 hours to process the refund.

6. On 1 February 2021, they informed us it would take seven to ten business days to process our refund. This made me suspicious, given the inconsistency, which led to me researching their business reviews and discovering that they have ****med many others the same way.

We would like our money back or we will be posting this review on a daily basis till we get refunded.
