Myholidays ****!!!!

I booked a return flight using Myholidays. I choose the flexi ticket option which allowed me to change the flight date. I had to pay a bit more for this option. I then wanted to change my flight date to an earlier date and was told that I must pay R1192 in order for my flight date to be changed. When I queried this i was told by Camille from the so called support team that "Please note that flexible ticket means in case of date change we are removing the fees from myholidays but any fees from airline your required to pay for it. Therefore the above charge is from airline and your required to pay for it. " This is a utter **** by the company misleading people in thinking that the flexi ticket deal does not carry any additional costs. Please don't let Myholidays mislead and trap you into any deals. Had i known i would never have dealt with this ****.
