Flight ticket **** by

Booked a flight through them , got a confirmation email with just confirmation ticket no flights details, I waited a few minutes as the first email said to wait. I decided to call them and I spoke to some Indian sounding guy could hear what he was saying so I just asked if I could get a refund cause this seemed like a **** ,went on google and all I got was bad reviews called him about 2 times and he kept saying wait for 10 minutes for your flight ticket details then I asked him to just refund me cause he wasn’t being helpful and was just rude . Still did not get the refund
