WORST SERVICE EVER!

Decided to buy a pair of football boots for a friend as a bachelor's gift before his wedding. Ordered and purchased the boots online on 2 November 2023. After purchasing, I got an email that stated that my package was coming from China through the Postal Service. First of all, nothing communicated that my package would be shipped from abroad. Second of all, the fact that they can't even send the product via a courier service.

Initially, they communicated the package would arrive in 2-3 weeks. It's 6 December now and the package is STILL IN CHINA! The bachelors is this weekend. I've tried several times to ask for a refund to which they refused and tried to bargain with me how much I would be refunded. Starting with 20% and then 40% refund. They're just taking my money then after I've paid for a service and product which I won't receive anyway.
