We bought a house from Karis Properties. What a dissapointment.

From the very beginning she was rude and got appointments mixed up. Canceled and rescheduled appointments without informing us, only to find out when we arrived at original appointment. We had to follow up several times about queries before getting a straight up answer. If we don't contact her For updates on the purchase, she doesn't make any effort to contact us. She **** and said certain fixtures on house have already been fixed, but when we checked it wasn't and had to take it Up with her again. She was all talk and nothing to show for it.

As soon as the sale went through successfully, she lost the little interest she had. No more arrangements were made/updates were given for the queries we made regarding the house.

At the end Of The day we were told that she doesn't want to "get involved" in further issues regarding the house. She ignored my messages since then. Be very careful with trusting her when it comes to buying a home. She clearly only cares about her cut, not your investment.
