Karin Properties Lease Agreement Deposit paid back to tenant

According to the South African Rental agreement act, after 7 days of the lease expired and we moved out with all in order, the deposit has not been paid back to me. leading up to 2 weeks plus. After numerous follow-ups, i still don't have an estimation of getting my deposit back.
