As of my experience with Karis Properties in buying property from them, or would have, it was the worst experience ever. They were in absolutely NO interest in myself as a first time buyer and I always had a bad feeling about them. True colors were shown the moment I cancel, because of my finances. They were only interested in taking more from me than to help me through my situation. I had to pay levie and I was not even the owner. I did so much to improve the house, but they are not interested in that. After I cancelled regardless all my explaining and their exceptance, they wanted to summins me for agent commission.WORST OF THE WORST.
