Bad Business

My order to this store was placed on the 3rd of September, 2019! Cannot reach them... PayFast cannot return my funds... (so don't actually know what the use of contacting them was!!!!) Below is what I was advised - and looking at it now... I am ashamed that I did not twig that something was wrong then already.... spelling errors on replies should be a dead give-away I would think!... They couldn't even spell 'next' right... shame on me....
