Hushpuppies BAD quality school shoes

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the school shoes I purchased at De Jagers from Hush Puppies. The shoes were worn for less than 3 months of the 6smonths we had them under normal school conditions, yet they are already completely worn through. This is unacceptable for a product that is marketed as durable school footwear.

What is even more frustrating is the lack of assistance from the company. Despite raising the issue, there has been no willingness to take responsibility or offer any reasonable solution—no replacement, repair, or even a goodwill gesture.

As a customer, I expected far better quality and service from such a well-known brand. Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling ignored and undervalued. I would not recommend these school shoes based on both the poor quality and the disappointing customer service.
