If you're thinking of going on holiday do not use Holidays Unlimited - Jeanette Bigby!

On or around the 26 July I contacted Jeanette to book 5 flights for my nephews and nieces coming from the USA, Australia and the UK. Within 24 hours she had provided me with flight options, I then submitted the changes - and these were actioned. I received notice of confirmed flights pending one change she wanted to make as she thought there may be a cheaper option for the Australia flight.

By the1st August we had confirmed the flights and I was eager to issue and pay as the rand was still at a reasonable exchange rate.

And then... nothing - repeated whatsapps and emails yielded nothing till 7 August when I was advised she was in the UK after a long delayed flight and as soon as she got to a hotel she would issue the invoice and the tickets....

then nothing.... I whatsapped and emailed to no avail - simply no response.

Its now 14 August - two weeks since we confirmed the flights and she has simply not responded to any comms sent to her.

Bottomline: If you want to be sure your special trip comes to fruition, don't use Holidays Unlimited!
